When using a cable reel, how to avoid the problems of tangles and knots when the cable is reeled?

When using a cable reel, ensure that the design and use of the cable reel comply with the characteristics of the cable. Select a drum of appropriate size and capacity to accommodate the length and diameter of the cable. Ensure that the drum's structural design enables the cable to be wound evenly and orderly.
Maintain proper tension when winding the cable. Do not pull the cable too quickly or too hard to avoid tangling the cable during the winding process. Maintaining a moderate amount of tension will help the cable coil neatly.
Avoid winding too many cables on the drum at one time. Too many cables can cause the cables to cross each other as they are coiled, increasing the likelihood of tangling and kinking. According to the capacity of the drum and the diameter of the cable, the number of cables to be wound is reasonably controlled.
During use, the roll needs to be kept stable at all times. Do not suddenly stop or change direction while the cable is being wound to avoid excessive tension and distortion of the cable. Smooth operation helps reduce the risk of tangling and kinking.
